About Us

Our company was founded in 1964 by Andrew C. Bambeck and William H. Vest and incorporated in the State of Ohio in 1984. The Company's management team is headed by Ms. Dianne Bambeck - CEO, Mr. Ed Roark - President, Mr. David Dooley - Vice President and Ms. Nicole Benintendi Secretary/Treasurer. Together they oversee the day to day operations of the business with over 125 years of experience between them in the construction field. We have approximately thirty full time men and women consisting of office personnel, estimators, project managers, carpenters, drywall finishers and laborers.

Bambeck & Vest has a proven team approach management style for all of its construction projects. All project employees and subcontractor employees are included in weekly job meetings to review budget and current work in progress in order to eliminate any unnecessary expenses and keep costs to customer expectations. By using our own labor force and subcontractors that have shown through experience to be of the highest quality and standards in the industry, we are capable of completing projects ranging from very small to those that are multimillion dollars on time and within budget.

We believe our excellent reputation is based on long standing solid working relationships with our clients, and for that reason the majority of our business is based on repeat customers and their referrals.

Our Company is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., the National Federation of Independent Businesses and the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.
